DESCRIPTION:Explore\, savor\, and connect during this intimate\, behind-the-scenes experience at Rancho Patel\, a two-acre farm in Homestead where Chef Niven Patel cultivates ingredients that inspire his award-winning dishes. Chef Niven\, a Michelin awarded and James Beard Semi Finalist\, will walk guests through the greens\, fruits\, and vegetables growing at Rancho Patel as he discusses the life cycle of the farm from seed sourcing to harvesting. Learn about how South Florida’s unique climate and agriculture influence his creations for his various local restaurants. Touch\, smell\, and taste the herbs\, fruits\, vegetables\, and edible flowers growing on the farm\, and enjoy samples and lite bites made with the day’s harvest. Don’t miss this exclusive “farm-to-table” tour led by an award-winning celebrity chef!   \n\n\n\nFamilies with children ages 6+ are welcomed.
